Our Team

Greg Hebner is the Founder and Managing Director of Community Rebuild Partners and is responsible for the overall strategy and investment management of the firm. Greg founded CRP in early 2011 to fulfill his vision of building an investment vehicle that could deliver outstanding returns to investors while also making a positive impact to local communities. Since its inception, CRP has completed over 200 projects and successfully deployed in excess of $100M of capital on behalf of CRP investors.

 

Lewis Jepson was a founding principal of CRP and is currently CRP’s Regional Vice President for Northern California where he is responsible for the acquisition, renovation and transaction execution for the CRP portfolio across the Bay area and Sacramento.

Cody is CRP’s Regional Vice President for San Diego County where he is responsible for the acquisition, renovation and transaction execution for the CRP portfolio across San Diego County and parts of San Bernardino County. Cody has successfully executed over $20M worth of distressed residential real estate purchase and disposition properties over the last 18 months in San Diego County and successfully handled over $40M of

Rebecca is a Director of Acquisitions for CRP in the San Diego County area. Rebecca primary responsibilities include underwriting and analysis, acquisition and negotiation and listing execution for CRP properties in San Diego.

Rebecca has been a highly successful agent in San Diego handling in excess of $35M in transaction closings from a variety of retail and investor clients.   She is an expert at pricing distressed assets and creating highly successfully marketing plans for the sale of properties.

Alicia brings over 25 years of project accounting experience to CRP having previously worked with numerous national builders including John Laing Homes, Watt Residential and RWR Homes. In her current capacity as Senior Project Accountant, Alicia is responsible for the coordination of the billing and disbursement process as well as the day to day accounting and financial reporting of the investment portfolio. She holds a B.S. in Commerce with a Major in Accounting.

Desiree Reyes joined the CRP team as the executive assistant to Greg Hebner in March 2016. She will manage and oversee all office operations and is the internal transaction coordinator on all purchases and sales.
Desiree brings over 7 years in administrative and office experience. Her background and expertise hold heavily in customer service, hospitality and event coordinating. She is new to the real estate world and is excited to begin her experience here with Community Rebuild Partners.
Desiree holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
