As an advocate of expanding home ownership opportunities in the U.S. and accelerating solutions to the current housing crisis, Greg has been a frequent contributor across consumer and business press to discuss potential solutions to issues in today's U.S. housing market.
Prior to founding CRP, Greg led two different organizations through dynamic growth periods that landed the companies on the Inc's 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S. Most recently, Greg served as the President of MOS Group, Inc, a leader in outsourced loss mitigation services for the residential mortgage industry while also acting as the COO of MOS Group’s parent company, Sorrento Capital, a private asset management firm focused on the homeownership category. Under his leadership, MOS Group grew to become one of the largest loss mitigation service companies in the U.S, handling over $75B of delinquent residential mortgages. Prior to MOS Group, Greg was the CEO of NYC based, Relocation.com and was the SVP of Consumer Media Services at Realtor.com’s parent company, Move, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOVE). Greg has also held financial and strategy roles at leading consumer product including Premark International and the Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS)
Greg has been an active investor and operator in residential real estate for over 15 years and since 2004 has operated a successful real estate fund, J&W Real Estate Fund I, which holds a portfolio of SFR rental properties in the Midwest.
He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a B.S degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Greg is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds an NMLS broker designation both nationally and in California and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
