Greg also serves as a Managing Director of Arixa Capital Advisors, LLC and Crosswind Financial. Greg is a fund manager of Arixa Fund II, Arixa Fund III, and Crosswind Venture Fund and serves on the firm’s investment committee.
Over his investment career, Greg has participated in more than 500 real estate investments and deployed over $250M in capital on behalf of investors. He is a frequent contributor and speaker on real estate investing and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Bloomberg TV and the Los Angeles Business Journal. Greg regularly teaches courses on residential real estate investing at UCLA Extension’s Real Estate Program.
Prior to founding CRP, Greg led two different organizations through dynamic growth that landed both companies on Inc's 5000 fastest growing companies in the U.S list. Greg served as the President of MOS Group, Inc., a leading outsourced loss mitigation service provider while also acting as the COO of MOS Group’s parent company, Sorrento Capital, a private asset management firm focused on the homeownership category. Prior to MOS Group, Greg was the CEO of NYC based, Relocation.com and was the SVP of Consumer Media Services at Realtor.com’s parent company, Move, Inc. Greg has also held financial and strategy roles at Price Waterhouse, Premark International and the Walt Disney Company.
Greg holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds and NMLS mortgage broker designation. Greg proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
